I didn't bake much last year in Baltimore, largely due to a temperamental smoke detector in our small apartment. However I've decided to remedy this and return to baking, now that I'm back in DC.
I also highly recommend the chocolate chip coconut cookies recipe. Sarah Kramer made a great video for that recipe. (Her video finally convinced me to invest in an oven thermometer, after years of guesswork.)
