Tonight Matt made soup with veggies from our Thursday Farmers' Market. Bok choy, collards, potatoes, broccoli, tomatoes, and zucchini. Plus frozen corn from my folk's farm. In a soup mood, now it is Fall. Also, I made banana chocolate chip walnut ice cream from Veganomicon but I'll save to post a photo until Saturday. That's when I get to dish it out to my excellent friends who gifted me an ice cream maker for my birthday. Good investment that gift.
