VeganMoFo: Chinese food

Here are two dinners Matt made before we jettisoned DC. First is a stir fry with bok choy on brown rice. Second, a lo mein style dish with the leftover veggies. Two accompanying salads and grilled green beans. Wow, we've been eating alot. I'll post NYC travel photos tomorrow.
