Never before this month did I realize how much bok choy we consume in our lives. Tonight was a sweet and sour mock duck. Our vegan cat is nuts for mock duck. She gets crazed whenever someone opens a can, assuming it is the blue gluten can. She demands to inspect the contents of every freshly opened can, usually to find that something less appealing is inside (baby corn, coconut milk, tin tomatoes, etc.). Tonight she fished her wish.
