Here is another recent dinner. We have lots of half used cans of coconut milk from the ice cream recipes, so this dal became rich with that addition. And it became orange with yams and extra tasty with
asafoetida, my favorite secret ingredient. The beans are roasted in the toaster oven. And a mid week salad, getting low on supplies.
