I'm catching up on photos after a fine Friday off and long weekend trip to NYC. On Friday I made my first batch of ice cream. It was the chocolate recipe from Veganomicon. Gosh, ice cream making is all new to me. I was worried when the stuff wouldn't harden but some extra time in the freezer seemed to solve it. I'm going to have to order a copy of Vice Cream.
