Tonight Matt roasted butternut squash and made this freestyle pasta dish. It doesn't even have a proper name, but we've had a variation of it in the past. The butternut squash came from Kramer Gap, a store on Rt. 45 back home in Central PA. We finished off the greens from the Farmers' Market and are almost totally out of produce again.
