My new blender arrived today and in all the excitement I almost forgot to post this smoothie recipe. This is another smoothie that is in my normal morning rotation. Today I made this version slightly thicker than normal and added some coconut and berries for toppings, ala

Black & Blueberry Smoothie
Blend the following:
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup frozen blackberries
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 Tbsp ground chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tsp maca powder (optional)
Serves 1.
